With 49 apartments to maintain, he is always available to us, when an emergency job pops up, he goes out of his way to get here in a timely manner. He has also done the plumbing for several renovations that have taken place. His workmanship is of a high standard and he is a "good guy" too and so easy to deal with and very obliging.
