★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to rate this company 5 stars. What really impressed me was the commitment to customer service. Due to a small oversight the modification wasn’t exactly what I had asked for. When I raised it with them they were most apologetic, invited me to come back at a time to suit me and provided a courtesy car. This says so much about the company culture. And what’s more the completed modification is even better than I expected. Thankyou. I’d only ever use Aker Bilt again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was one day out of my Christmas Drive from Whangaparaoa to Whanganui when my bars for my roof pod arrived at a different shop on the hibiscus Coast where I live sans installation kit... Which proved to be rare n illusive.... Acker Bilt were literally a last ditch internet search. Ian Crump was determined to help n after much searching found the last kit in NZ....he drove to the airport early in the morning... N got me one. Over n Above to help a random first time caller in a panic. Acker Bilt made my Christmas possible .... I will be forever grateful.
