★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO stars. Very unhappy. Job booked in one month ago for first thing in the morning. Car dropped off at 8:30am. Went to collect at midday and hadn't started the job. no apology, just an "oh well" kinda of attitude. "you'll just have to wait till the new year". No word this morning when dropped off that it wouldn't be started straight away and would need the car all day. Exceptionally poor communication. Even when I was obviously unhappy some female worker yelled out at the top of her voice from about 6m away "happy Christmas and happy new year", how antagonistic, moocking way and immature to an already unhappy customer. I will never ever step foot back and will actively put future customers off going to this business.
