Also was shown how to use the door and explained the importance of maintainance to extend its life. Great company - tidy staff, good uniforms - Great team to deal with - would recommend any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Action Door Solutions is a great name for this company - Action is what they do. Our garage motor started playing up, phoned Action and they came out that day. Turned out that the motor needed replacing, they attended to this promptly fitting the arrangements around our needs. Great service and communication, Antoinette was incredibly professional and efficient, and the Action team fitted the new motor in super efficient time. Totally recommend this company to all AAA+++. Thanks for everything guys, would be happy to deal with you again.

The whole experience was great, starting with the gentleman who came to do the measuring, Antionette, her communication was just great, then the 2 smiley faces that came to do the fitting. Great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had needed a service done in a very short period of time. A friend recommended Action and Antoinette was AMAZING. She managed to squeeze me in to their already full calendar. She planned for it may being a full replacement so the serviceman had one with him. But the experienced guy had mine adjusted and sorted in no time. So A++ for customer service and only doing work that was needed. Thanks so much. OH.....and the other guys didn't even bother to return my call. So I'd recommend you folks anytime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were broken into (Smash & Grab, a lot!!) late last year. We were desperate to have security grills installed pre Christmas. With all the covid related stock & material delays it looked unlikely. However, the team from action doors turned up at 5.30am Xmas Eve to install the grills. The morning after their staff Xmas function! It is a 3 hour trip from Hastings to Gisborne!
From Antoinette (admin.) to father & son tag team Andrew & Justin, we cannot fault them. Would certainly recommend them.
