β β β β β Very disappointed. Booked to go to a 70th birthday lunch today.We phoned this morning to ask a question to be told a Staff member should have phoned to tell us they cancelled our lunch due to a race metting and they couldn't accommodate us.We have to rush to find another venue now.

β β β β β Great experience. Good place for a bet and so much more. Watch the horses, place your bet, enjoy a drink and food. Upstairs have a meal. Nice outdoor seating area. Good TV screens. Just a great place to go.

β β β β β As part of a group with permanent season passes we frequent this place on a regular basis. Busy or not the service, generally from the young staff, is always good and worth mentioning. The food generally is average at best but the portions alway's generous. It's always the same verdict from most of us but most of us go there for the ambience before a game anyway.

β β β β β The New Zealand Metropolitan Racing Club and the Addington Events Centre are really superb venues. Horse racing, greyhound racing and boxing to a name a rew events. Facilities can be hired for weddings, business functions and special events.
The staff are really quite experienced at managing any event and do a great job behind the scenes ensuring all runs smoothly.
Car parking is usually good but it can fill up quickly especially if there is several major events on at any one time.

β β β β β Hired the Silks suite which was a, great room for a smaller group. Great view of races. Food is only so so I've found at Addington. Drinks from bar. Really helpful and happy for me to bring in a birthday cake I had baked. Lots of fun having a few bets. Had to ask fir the gluten free rolls and decaf coffee that had been organised but they responded very quickly.
