Have had no surprises with actual cost vs. what has been estimated/quoted. Mike and other staff have always been pleasant to deal with, and he has always done his best to keep me informed of current & likely future issues with my car, and to keep costs as low as possible. Very happy with the quality of work done also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much Affordable Auto Services! Our brakes broke driving from Auckland to Wellington. I called the second they opened at 7:30am and they were so kind and accommodating and told us to come in immediately to have a look. They gave the car a thorough look at, told us what’s wrong with it and had it all ready and repaired so quickly. We were on the road again by 9:30am and the car was driving so much better/smoother with the brakes working really well. They even gave us an awesome cafe recommendation for while we waited - a pleasant morning all round. We cannot thank them enough and super grateful for their friendly service, especially Mike! He was super helpful. We know where to come next time we need car repairs in Hamilton, thanks again.

Moral Employment Advice on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a WOF took over 45mins with initially 2 staff members working on it.
Multiple staff standing around with absolutely nothing to do!!! They failed my WoF for a stone chip(not crack) in the windscreen and said I needed to get it certified to recomply!? Condensation in a tail light (all lights working).Yet, the inspectors didn’t even know that Audi’s right tail light is brighter due to a fog light feature. The inspectors couldn’t even confirm if my top tail light complied or not but still failed?!?
I asked office staff to remove my details from their system, only to be told he was too busy?!?
I requested the office staff to remove my info by the end of the week and receive written confirmation as I will never use or recommend your services!!! Your staff are dodgy and don’t have ANY work and resorting to make some for themselves!!! IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF (guess they have make that money back from COVID somehow) AND HAVE INCOMPETENT STAFF CHECKING YOUR VEHICLE THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYONE I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great that they have many options to pay off your bill and appealing that they offer a courtesy car at no extra cost, just some petrol to be put in for what use which is a real privilege I feel, so you can get on with your day at ease. I.will definitely use their services in future and recommend others to use their services also. Great work team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with the service I received from these guys! Had never been before but saw good reviews so thought it was worth a go. Got my warrant and service plus oil change and then one of the staff came and explained to me everything that had been done. The ladies on reception are super lovely and were really tolerant of my 1 year old running around in the waiting area too. Have recommended to all my family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rang this place up to get a quote to swap out my steering rack was asked to bring my car down for a proper quote. The service was top notch from the phone call all the way to picking up car. The pricing was very fair and reasonable. 10/10 would recommend. They also managed to do it all in one day even though they had said it would take longer, also gave me a courtesy car while they repaired my car.
