When I have phoned with a query, before I ordered, the lady who answers the phone is really helpful and cheerful. Totally recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my faulty fridge light unit into Affordable who supplied a replacement. Plugged it in, didn't work. Called a serviceman. He had the same issue. He noted that the supplied unit had four wires into the plug rather than two on the original. He was able to repair original part. Took new unit back. Affordable refused to refund. They claimed an unseen service person said it was fine. I've bought a bit of gear off them over the years but won't be back.
