★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother ordered from you over two months ago and only received it today and it wasn't even what was ordered. Her initial order was apparently out of stock but you didn't bother to let her know until she emailed you twice then messaged on Facebook (I have the receipts). Complete lack of communication. You blamed the shipping on COVID-19 for over a month and she is a sweet, nonconfrontational person so she let it go despite having received other orders from places out of NZ within a week. She messaged again and your response was blunt and condescending, telling her to be patient but offering no compensation or understanding of her frustration. You then wait almost another month to tell her that you're going to send her something else instead. Tell not ask. I'm sure you're knowledgeable in your industry as am I but your utter lack of communication and professionalism will be a problem for you in future. I messaged you back on her account telling you we didn't want your suggested replacement. We wanted what we ordered over two months ago or a refund ($27 but more principle than financial). You replied "ok". The package arrived today with what you felt we should get, not what we ordered. She's willing to keep it as she doesn't want anymore hassle with you and likes to support businesses but I think you need to take a look at yourself and the way you run your business. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I sincerely hope you take what I've said and apply it to future transactions with your paying customers. I do wish you all the best though.
