The shop was easy to find and people are just generally helpful around here even though I came in to drop and collect the item later than usual (as I finish work later during those days). Cannot recommend enough on how good they are! A million thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been for some time trying to find a company to repair top end 70,s hi Fi equipment . It was a chance conversation with an electrician who pointed me in the direction of AIMAC.
Having dropped of the three items I was pleasantly supplied to get a call four days later to say they had been repaired and ready for collection. Top job and I fully recommend anyone who has hifi equipment in need of some TLC this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. I emailed to see if there was any chance they could repair my Bernina 1130. I was told from the business I usually take it to no parts available now and unrepairable due to age. A very prompt and courteous reply, bring it around we will see what we can do. Within a few days I had an email it is repaired and ready to go. Even although it was a holiday weekend and outside business hours they were happy for the machine to be collected and were so friendly and approachable.
Fantastic customer service and a great result for me. The sewing machine is going like a dream. Even if it had been unrepairable they were prepared to look at it and are happy to give advice and if possible a repair on many different types items so definitely a 5 star business.
Try this business first its well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. My air conditioning remote broke and was an older discontinued model. If they couldn't fix it I would have had to get new air conditioning as there are no manual controls other than on and off. Friendly ,prompt service and took the time to explain what had gone wrong.

Much to my delight it (and CD-ROM player tray) was fixed in 1 day. Absolutely blinding. I am thrilled that my 21 years old purchase lives to fight another day! Thanks AIMAC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an Alpine Sauna which was installed outside under cover around 6 years ago, we had a electrician from Alpine Spa's quote us over $700.00 to replace the main circuit board and a slave board plus labour. Michael and his team came out and fixed / repaired the existing boards for a fraction of the cost and we are now happy customers of a fully working sauna.
