★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price this place is okay. It's an old building that has had some love in places. Pretty tired but fine if it's just a bed for the night.
Check in was very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in. You get what you pay for but I'm not sure we even got that. Pick up from hotel by polite young man who then drove at speed with loud rap music, polite receptionist sent us to a room at the far end (737) but the place seemed empty. Room clean but poorly/cheaply repaired/maintained. Fittings don't fit, mould on bedroom ceiling bathroom fan ahorror show. Back to the bar/ restaurant/ conference room to meet the locals streaming in and out of the pokie machines. Fire exits next to our room open to the outside, closed by us only to be awoken by numerous people trying to enter via the fire exit? Late at night room started to smell of drains/sewers and bathroom door could only be closed by force and too late to move room. We cancelled the Ibis after a night there on way out and booked this, lesson learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long while. The receptionist at check-in was argumentative and unhelpful, which as a first impression for a manuhiri, was horrific. The whole place was run-down and the room was untidy. Also, the TV and bedside lights did not switch on. After a long day at work, this was by no means a comfortable stay. I DO NOT recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 2 nights even though booked for 5. Had a little incident the hotel but felt the staff was blaming us. Although i am grateful they helped with the smooth checkout. Okay for an overnight stay if one needs to catch a flight next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money. My room was only $100. Right next to bar and restaurant. Free shuttle to airport next morning. Check in and check out a breeze. Both guys on the desk were lovely. Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little hard to find the entrance. Checkin was really easy and we had our own parking spaces in the back. Rooms were comfy and good for a night.
They had an airport shuttle, but we missed it. They give a wake up call, but that doesn't give enough time to even walk over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very run down. The pool looks amazing, but it has no water in it!!?? Due to current climate, the motel is being used for emergency housing and this brings it own set of issues, like a general untidyness and litter.
If we hadn't booked a non-refundable we would have driven right past and found somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. TV did not work and no one at reception answered our calls between 7-8 PM.
2. Water pressure is extremely high and hot water is more like boiling water, giving you 2nd degree burn, if not careful.
3. Shampoo/Shower Gel bottles were 1/2 full as though being reused from prior stay.
4. Nowhere on their site does it say that the pool is out of order.
5. Even for an overnight stay, I would not be visiting it again, and prefer to pay bit more to get something more palatable..
6. On the positive side, the reception staff were nice and allowed us to check out at 11, instead of 10. And we did manage to use the airport shuttle.
