★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I went there to top up Hop Card which is why I give them one star because that's all that is good. I bought 2 Big Ben Pies there and I asked the man behind the counter if they were warm and away i went to find the pies were burnt and disgusting like he had rewarmed pies over 2 days and it was disgusting. If you want I can drop the disgusting pies back and I will complain to Big Ben that you misrepresent their product by ripping their customers off. I don't live locally so no more topping up for me or using this dairy. Thumbs down.
