Our office is always manned so unless we were already on the phone the phone is always answered. We don't park our trucks deliberately across driveways and if they are the driver would be near by. We are doing about 50 truck movements picking up scrap metal every week so sometimes mistakes do happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked them to tow and scrap my 16 y/o sisters car today. Told her they'd call when they're there, never called and then illegally towed it! Attempted to steal her car with no payment! "All you have to do now is de-register it." Drove her to the yard where they attempted to massively under pay us for it. Disgusting service and highly illegal business practise! Stay away!
