This person simply does not tell the truth.
The car went where I was asked to take it. Normally I do not take it on unformed roads but did it on this occasion to please the customer. Some of the ground was soft after a week of heavy rain and the car got stuck on soft ground. Not my fault. The car was pulled out and continued to serve as required. A refund was not justified and Richardson’s comments are simply untrue and spitefull. A really sad woman!

I do not know this woman and she seems to be speaking second hand and based on hearsay.
Nothing she says is true. The car was perfectly functional and was used for as long as required. All three cars performed as required and served all of her friend’s needs. This woman has for some reason got it all wrong. My cars have had 200 deployments for weddings and many very positive reviews can be seen on my website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used this car company for our wedding. The car was beautiful. However the rudeness of the communication from the driver is unbelievable. The car got bogged on the day of our wedding and was unable to pick up the bride and bridesmaids. The driver was asked specifically not to drive on the ground where he did, yet he still proceeded. The car was quite vital as the bride had recently had knee surgery. Instead of an apology (which would have been sufficient!) when we asked for a good will gesture of a small refund, the owner became abusive via email! He blamed us for getting bogged (he was driving!) and called us liars! It has tarnished that aspect of our big day. Definitely can get better service for less money somewhere else!
