how about you guys having the hospital contract for a few years and you have not trained your security team in any form of calm and restraints most guards don't know whether to intervene or not.
lets not mention the constant pay muck ups not paying sick days out and the fact that they hardly ever see their management team maybe twice a week if they are lucky
also not providing proper uniforms especially warm ones for night shifts when outside in the rain etc. for long periods of time when guards request this uniform for example a beanie\jacket with a hood some guards asking multiple times to no avail
and the strange way they handle holidays
know according to management if you start 6 hours before a public holiday and work six hours into it you do not get the time and a half
but if you start six hours before the end of the public holiday and six hours out of it they get the full 12 hours
I would have thought that managements goal would be to make staff moral good and happy around the work place but the sad reality is that the staff their are miserable never get told what they do good all they hear is negative feed back which makes them give up and not care anymore
if you choose to hire this security company good luck to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allied Security has been a fair employer when I use to work for them- how ever, I knew I wouldnt be staying too long especially on their minimum rate they pay for us staff at the WDHB, and for the sometimes HUGE risk your exposed to with little or no training to deal these risks! you ONLY had to go by the direction of the shift lead' in which in most cases takes-control' , Yes they do have cow-boy' staff there whom iv seen many times put themselves at risk in which in most cases never ends well, they do have a number of competent staff who do a great job but unfortunately not enough of them, its no wonder why a union should step in and assist with DHB security staff in order to demand for better rates and most needed training!, ALSO Allied Security is what it is for those staff whom don't have any other job to go to and need a regular wage 'to get them by' to me, this is pretty much Allied in a nut shell, 'you get what you pay for', and if your happy to work for less that a DHB cleaners payrate as security staff then good luck to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently it is okay for your employees to harass people in public for no reason, than apparently breathing. Then when questioned why all they can do is apologize because they know they are in the wrong. Well apologizing for being unnecessarily nosy is pathetic. If I personally come across one of your employees again I will go to the police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even bother, nice fellow who came to install patio locks on ranch slider and rear door.
Unfortunately he had to leave promising to come back the very next day..he didn't show, not even a call, so I called and he promised to come back again...
And yes the very same thing happened, a no show and no call, so I called Allied office and said he can forget about it.
Got another locksmith in, did the rest of the work required and was informed I didn't need a patio bolt on rear door as by lifting the handle the other way, internally bolts the door in place before locking... So what I take out of that is Allied are unreliable, have no product knowledge otherwise I would have saved myself the time and trouble.
The other locksmith charged around $180.00 to install two dead locks on main doors, Allied guy initially charged over $200 for three patio locks when I only got two, he then corrected the amount to over $190 all for two patio locks installed which only really needed one, and two days of wasting my time thinking he were coming back to do the job.
AVOID THIS OUTFIT OVERPRICED, UNRELIABLE.
