★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A TERRIBLE experience in every way. I put in my order for my new windows (29/06/20) and was given a 5 week delivery date. 7 weeks comes and goes and the job at my home is at a standstill waiting for the windows. I contact them and they will ‘call right back’ but they don’t, 10 weeks pass, 15 weeks pass, I phone again and they will ‘call right back’ but they don’t. I do not like confrontation so I continue to wait. 22 weeks in, and I manage to find out they haven’t even started the windows.
If you like no contact, terrible service and no windows, then Altherm Aluminium is the company for you.
