โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely awful, $320 for going 20 minutes over my parking time, no ticket or warning just towed my car. No payment plans available, disgusting behaviour and horrible treatment of people.

โ โ โ โ โ My car was towed and it was in for three days , I waited two days for a quote to be sent to me paid on the day the quote was finally sent. (30$ a night extra) Had to wait 24 hours for it to clear on their end before I got to get my car. i had to call to see if my payment had cleared as they never called me - they then said I had to pay an extra 60$ for it being in for 6 days? The guy told me he was going to check with the accounts team as they obviously had gotten it wrong and was incredibly rude and unprofessional told me I was wasting his time , another lady told me no it was fine I could come pick it up. I didnโt receive any apologies from them trying to get an extra 60$ from me when I had allready paid. Disgusting cost me 380 to get out during the Xmas holidays , I beleive these people are money hungry robots with no emotion itโs quite scary
