โ โ โ โ โ Good place to workout when Sophie's about. She keeps it clean, happy and makes sure your alright. I like the music choices she plays and she has a great respect for the clients, workplace and her colleagues. Anytime Taradale has great equipment, powerful showers and good storage cubes. A nice place to lose weight, gain muscle and become more energized!
