★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give ZERO stars if I could. Branch and contact centre had different appointment times booked in for me. Staff at branch had no care in the world. Told me to rebook and it was their stuff up. I walked out and went to BNZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard that HONESTY still alive in this world but I have experience that today. Darshika, an honest officer from this branch made my day with her awesome skills to sort my problem and updating the paperwork. She also sorted the credit for me which was behind the screens from ages. Thats called perfect Leaders. She deserves 10 stars of her dedication and passion for the employment and helping the community. Good luck mate.
