Took over 15 minutes for them to be done with only 2 clients while the qeue kept growing...
Don't go there...

β β β β β Huge wait time (especially considering no parking nearby) they have closed the two branches close to me that had parking. Seems if you want a mortgage you are whisked past the quese to a smiling representative. the rest of us wait and then often have rude staff that often dont know what they are talking about, or who want to listen to you, talk down to you. How times have changed - I guess they dont want people to visit the branches and I am happy not to - but sometimes - you have no choice. If you absolutley have to go then avoid this branch

Add to that the incompetence of staff member
Meg Roberts at your branch was very disappointing.

β β β β β Asked for $30 worth of $2 coins for our store. There was a $1 coin in the bag. Basically they gave us short of a dollar. They weigh the bags instead of counting smh.

β β β β β Have to go to this branch with no parking because their "smart" branch nearby won't take cash deposits into an ANZ customer account. That is not very smart. If you are with ANZ I would leave now. This branch has no parking and wait times are excessive. I will be urging the ANZ customer I am paying to close their account and use a real bank that deals with all services not just the ones they want to make huge fees on.
