β β β β β Not happy with service today called in to do 2 things just after. 4pm waiting in line to be served finally.get there get photo copy of bank statements then ask for insuring new car so could pick up tomorrow only to be told you need to make appointment and we close now so go online to Do it. Great customer service I thought trying to do.right thing.yet have.to be pushed out the door cos.theyre going home.. Really ?

β β β β β I am new to New Zealand from the UK and researched what the best bank was to go with. Although the customer service was great when applying for the new account, the address for my physical card has been inputted wrong on TWO seperate occasions forcing me to wait for over 2 weeks just for my debit card. Having to use an overseas card is costing me everyday!!!! Not Great at all
