β β β β β Very helpful lovely lady. We just came home with 4 amazing stunning chickens. Her knowledge was so helpful as were her products. We feel she can answere any questions we have she was not in a hurry to move us on when she received our money she still wanted to help and exchange her knowledge. DEFINENTLY CONTACT AND SHOP HERE !!!!!! We will be back . Big thanks Jennifer

I purchased a $2000 chook house and run, didn't have door knobs, just screws (which hurt fingers) to pull doors open. Cost me about $5 to replace. After spending $2k, why should I need to purchase my own door handles! Arranged postie to collect parcel on a Friday over Christmas, shop was shut, owner never mentioned it. Purchased Red Mite killer, didn't kill them, owner said needs 'more' than 2 sprays, container says 2!! Also said it was my added handles!! Whatever! Was also 2nd product used! Was told to purchase their brand instead, which was used first. Went into shop 8.59am, open gate, was told off for being there before opening at 9am, as owner was on phone. Repeated unpleasant experiences, I give up.

β β β β β Found the staff member that owns the place to be condescending, arrogant, inflexible and rude. I am giving 2 stars as the other staff members are very helpful. I am unsure why someone who clearly doesn't understand what customer rapport or service is ends up working in retail. It's not a huge surprise as I have heard that she is unhelpful and doesn't like to be wrong. Not impressed. Great customer service means everything! If you don't have customers you don't have a business! Room for improvement!
