Was expecting a parcel on a 2-4 day service, from Blenheim to Christchurch. It made it to Christchurch, but had now sat at the depot for 10 days. Trying to get an answer via email, phone and Facebook has been futile. When speaking to someone at the depot, she expressed worry that the parcel was lost but failed to call me back with an answer. My advice… if you’re after a courier company who actually care about customers, do not use Aramex. And hey Google, can you add an option for zero stars please?

This is the worst experience. I bought some items in the local shop online because I am working from home recently and didn't have any time to the shop. I received a card one day morning in front of my door, and the door dell is just beside. We were in the house, and no one use the bell. Then I use the code showed on the card to check my parcel, and after 4 hours, It showed online I need to pick it up myself. I called the company several times, and waiting for a long time, nut no one answer the phone. So yes, I spent delivery fee to put my parcel more far away from my house. yes, the location where I need to pick up myself is more far away than the shop. We were at home. Why did you not use the doorbell?

Since you replied about my 1star review I’m actually going to write a reply with details. I never want to touch your company again, after weeks of promises from your support team to contact me back and find my missing package nothing happened. I spend 7 weeks sorting out from the international seller who gave me a refund, I reorder my package. Sadly ends up with aramex again, delivery meant for yesterday, check again today and it’s β€œdelayed”, call your support team and they can’t find it again. Waiting on a callback now. I would happily pay to have you never touch a package of mine again!!!

Terrible company. First parcel marked fragile was balanced on top of another box by the courier and I watched him drop it onto the road. Second parcel with about 2000 dollars worth of computer components was left in plain view of the street for 7 hours without even knocking on the door, DESPITE IT BEING SIGNATURE REQUIRED. These guys won't even bother to knock on your door, they'll either just dump the package on your doorstep and run, or they'll leave a "sorry we missed you slip" so they can leave to their next job as quick as possible

We would like to use services of Fastway as a backup... we were trying to contact the support team already 3x and spent hours for the last 2 months with zero result. they are not able to setup us even an account. They are completely unorganised and unprofessional. The lady on the reception can not calculate 1+1 and i had to repeat there everything 4x before she got understand what I actually need. Anytime you call them, they will be very nice and tell you someone will call you back. They never do. I would not recommend at all. I guess the management has absolutely no idea what the Christchurch branch looks like. This is the worst courier company in NZ I was ever dealing with.

9 days and counting to deliver a package from Auckland to Christchurch. No idea where the package is. Spent 45 min on hold on Saturday with a answer service telling me I was important to them problem is no one is manning the phones. This is a package that has been sent via expedited service took 5 days from Sweden to clear customs. UPS needs a better partner that can deliver packages and services like answering phones tracking packages and maybe delivering them as well.

Booked 8 parcels via Trade Me and its now Day 8 and no pick up of my parcels. Called, emailed, spoke to a person, and they are still here. I will be taking my parcels to NZ Post and try to get my money back today. Will be letting them Trade Me know as well. NZ Post picked up the next day on my next trade. I will never use them again. They need to get their act together, how bad is an 8 day wait for pick up, and don't give me a trite reply that you are sorry and you will "look into it" or "tell the team". I have already been told that.

Only took a few days to ship my bike inter island. Wanted to pick it up from the depot but couldn’t find the info online, so I picked up the phone which was answered in about two minutes. Went to pick it up but the door was locked and found that they had closed early (Covid?). Asked a staff member who was leaving what the situation was and she very kindly got my bike out for me. I quickly discovered it would not fit in my small car. She went above & beyond and insisted that she drop it off to my house as I had already turned up and lived nearby. It was a real struggle to fit in her car but by some chance we got it in there. I offered her some cash for the trouble, which she ultimately refused, instead she insisted that what goes around comes around. Overall a very nice and surprising gesture. I was absolutely floored by the great service and great delivery times.
