Fantastic service with this company who additionally helped to collect an 'unpacked' item for me at Gisborne Airport which other courier companies would not do, except one courier company who charged an extortionate amount for shipping costs. Fastway couriered my item promptly and for a great cheap price to my home address on the South Island. Very grateful for a 5* service. Thank you! :)

The driver never attempted to deliver parcel despite someone being home. They pulled up and dropped the card in the letter box and drove off. I then went to collect the parcel, but they had closed the office for lunch. I went back to the office and received the parcel. I thought I'd let the business manager know, and she didn't care and just said it was none of her business because it was a contractor. Very rude and unprofessional service with no respect for customers.

Bad customer service, have to wait more than two days for parcels to be collected, rude response when contacting, doesn't attempt to resolve issues, and hangs up when you are wanting to ask another question. Need to look at their customer service if they want to retain clients. And, wont even answer their phone at 4:50pm.... gone home already? Seriously, you can't leave work for the day before the advertised closing time, if you're that far behind that you cant even complete tasks from the day prior.....

The delivery driver had left my package in the wrong mail box and for three days i had to stew in worry that my package was lost. When contacted the depot, they were of ABSOLUTELY no help and the lady in the reception was simply incompetent and extremely rude. This company has no professional etiquette and their standard of customer service I've received is on par with "if your package is lost, its not our problem". DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM. i will be contacting their head office regarding this issue and sending Trade Me a recommendation that they review their contract with the company hence forth immediately!!

Really lovely people that work diligently and quickly under what I imagine is a fast paced business, which would require problem solving, I have used this branch for acouple of years now and they are excellent would recommend

I'm not even exaggerating, Every SINGLE time I've used your service, there's a problem. Apparently my package was unable to deliver, was home yesterday, no one came, home now, no one came.... Rung up desk lady, tried to tell me my package was in Dunedin, borderline had an argument, then she FINALLY found my package and said it must have been mis-scanned, then I said just deliver it now as I was home, then she just hung up on me.....???? It's companies like this is why I'm apprehensive of buying things online, in the small case I have to deal with YOU clowns. Judging by the other reviews, I'm not ion this waka alone.

Been with this company (Fastway) for nearly 20 years and had only minor problems usually fixed to my satisfaction. But now their Pickup service is becoming unreliable. I should be able to TXT a pickup - cant do that now, so I ring the office and its always busy and when I get to talk to someone they say will pickup same day but it seems to sometimes get lost and NO pickup is done so deliver parcel to the Aramex shop front and get a rude impatient reception. Not a good look guys. Workers seem overworked which would imply a BIG management issue - get it sorted or I'm off to your competitor.
