Price quoted beforehand for the size of my parcel. Staff at the depot were all very helpful even though they don't all work with international parcels. Helped me squeeze it into the postage packet. Price quoted very reasonable, am very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used aramax numerous times with great success but the last package I sent has been lost in transit well over a month ago with little to no help to find it even with a tracking number. I rang the company and was always promised a call back I never once got a call back and one day I rang all day and noone picked up at all. Package still missing now having to go through claims team which I've been told by them still may not even result in a refund.
