★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arbour absolutely deserves its five star record. Everything from the food, service and ambience was exquisite. All the food is pretty much gluten free and all dishes can be adjusted. The ingredients are fresh, organic and make for a nourishing experience.
We opted for the tasting menu and each course was amazing. I especially loved the ham hock and prune. The matched wines include a selection of exclusive wines and the staff are very knowledgeable about everything you eat and drink.
A must visit while in Blenheim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There’s an intense sense of calmness at this restaurant. The staff spends lots of time with every customer because the meal seating is extremely well organised.
The meals themselves are excellent as is the coffee (big surprise). And one of the owners, Liz, is unassuming but totally in charge.
It’s an outstanding experience. Book well in advance as they’re booked out a lot.

Dishes are explained clearly. Service is tailored to the need of guests. One of the best dining experience I have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious food. My girlfriend and I had "The Many" which is every dish on their seasonal changing menu. My personal favorite was the smoked curd dumplings but there were no bad dishes that left the kitchen.
Definitely would recommend for your next date night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here on the recommendation of a friend. We are so glad we did. By far the most outstanding restaurant we have attended in New Zealand. The service and menu were top tier and world class. As others have said this is not just a meal but an experience and one we will not soon forget. The food was light and full of flavour and encouraged me to try things I would not usually be open to. The wine list was also impressive with the staff able to competently make recommendations to suit our preferences. Superb all round and worth every penny. There was nothing I did not enjoy. Get here if you haven't already, it is an absolute must while in Blenheim. Thank you!
