โ โ โ โ โ Awful customer service and delivery. Placed a special order for their porcelain product for a client. Was given an 8 week ETA that the product would arrive in the country in writing. It actually turned up 5 weeks later and the sales Director Sefton told me that he found the 5 week delay "within tolerance". Unfortunately for our client this meant that the November kitchen install date had to be moved to late January. Then to top this all off, when the porcelain tops were installed they were two completely different colours. Something we never come across when using decent brands. This is what happens when you use cheap Chinese product. We are now waiting to remake the entire if this splashback for the second time.
No one from Archant has reached out or offered an apology to our clients for the ordeal.
I ordered handles from them 10 days ago and they are still working out how to send this order to me.
Will be advising all my clients of the service when they choose anything from Archant.
