firstly, they lost my keys, then after a week of waiting and calling 4 times, they did not resolve my issue, and charged more than expected

My initial review was not so good but fortunately I had Elmari sort my issue out to a satisfactory conclusion so I am pleased to be able to update it. Elmari gets five stars but this review gets four due to my earlier dissatisfaction.

I have been with Armstrong's 6 years and had fabulous service until the business changed hands. Over the period of a week I made several calls to clarify three very simple things about my car and when this was not resolved over the phone, went in to the dealership twice. I was told by reception that someone would get back to me, but after another two weeks and several calls I was told by a staff member who that of two people that could help, one was in a meeting and one was away. I waited another week with still no resolution so, I went elsewhere and got things sorted within 2 days.

Given the tremendous difficulty with supply chain and deliveries this year, I was astonished that the Subaru XV I ordered arrived when the team said it would. The whole experience has been smooth and I've always felt the team had my goals front and centre. There was no pressure in the showroom when I arrived for the test drive and the end result is a car I am absolutely stoked with. This is my first new car and it's been amazing!

Went in to get my subaru keys sorted. They saw me the same day as them breaking and also cleaned my car?!? So so stoked. Thanks guys.

Hello service department, the recall on the coils has been a disappointment partly because of supply issues and information about loan vehicles. It has taken 4 appointments to get this sorted & twice booked a loan car that was not available when dropping my car off for repairs. I feel that the service department is either not properly informed on loan car availability or poorly planned. I feel that any service department could & should do much better than what I experienced.

The service was prompt, but there was an issue with a piece of trim being dislodged when they power washed the vehicle. I had such a struggle getting it back on I had to ask reception to lend me a screwdriver to fix it. Eventually a mechanic, nice bloke, came and fixed the trim for me. Building work around the law courts entrance, and nasty road service on other entrance

Extremely poor communication. Brought my vehicle in due to recalls. Picked it up over 2 hours later than planned. Had to call to find out what was going on as I had not been updated. Was then told they weren’t able to complete some of the work. When I arrived I was then advised they were able to complete all required work. I was given no documentation, so emailed same day (20/5). There was no response to my email, so I replied to a text message (asking about my service experience) 4 days later, yet again I heard no follow up. I emailed again on June 2nd (same email as prev) and finally had a response from Mike Sanford with an attachment of the work completed. This only shows work done from 915-1015 (I picked up my vehicle at 1415) on one job (there was two total). I emailed back within hours requesting details of the other work done, It has now been 12 days since I was last contacted. Very disappointed, extremely poor communication. Would not recommend.
