★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful showcase room but the lady serving me definitely needs schooling in People Skills 101, I asked about your products and twice she responded with "like I said before . . . . " Yes I heard you, but I'm asking if there are alternatives or maybe other options in regards to your products.
Even at the checkout she gave me a price for one jar and left it at that, no eye contact or purchasing requirements in regards to bulk purchase or wholesale pricing, she seemed really irate I was there.
If your'e cold on the frontline remove yourself and work somewhere it suits, because it only takes 1 person to ruin a business that seems to be well established.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Returned items over 10 days ago as my order was messed up in the first place. still haven't had a refund everytime I email I get told it will be done the next day its been over 10 days and they said this 5 times now its getting rediculous seems like the staff don't know anything about customer service and aren't putting customers first waste of time and energy will not recommend to anyone

We needed to get more and ordered them yesterday, not expecting to see them until next year given Xmas and delivery delays etc. They arrived this morning not even 24 hours after ordering. I have always found them to be very professional, as sometimes things do go wrong, but have always rectified any problem straight away.
They have a very large product range and all their products are of good quality.
They have upgraded their invoicing and notification software which has taken their customer service to a new level.
I personally can not fault their service, nor their products and will continue to deal with them for as long as I remain in business.
