★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I posted a review that I felt fairly represented my experience with this business. Some months later I have received a threatening letter from his lawyer demanding I remove the review so I have done so as I cannot be bothered with the hassle. My key issue was not that the building issue was identified, this is after all, this companies service offering. It was that two different licensed, independent builders offered their views on the problem and an approach to remedy. Mr Langham then threatened he would make official complaints and go after the builders licenses if either approach was followed. Everyone concerned, including the purchaser, considered the approach to fixing the building Mr Langham demanded to be absolutely ridiculous. I also see that recently a number of glowing reviews have landed on the page within a day or two of each other, including one from someone who shares the business owners last name. I will leave it to the reader to make their own judgements about this. I have also taken the step of checking everything I have done with this review and amendments with Consumer NZ and they confirm everything is reasonable and in no way defamatory.

They were very efficient and answered all our questions and helped explain the process and next steps in obtaining a Certificate of Acceptance through the council. Very friendly, professional and know their stuff!

Their report was very thorough and the level of service exceptional, certainly much better than the generic cut and paste reports produced by some other inspectors.

That alone puts you a head and shoulders above the rest. You have been quick with response and scheduling appointments, which shows you truly are “ASAP”. Not only did they look over the council records for us they also went out to the property after I called them as we were needing a building report and it was due by the next day!
