The lady on the phone has a lovely manner and was so kind and understanding, and the man who did the cleaning was very nice and noticed that we had a missing part and has given us the reference to get a replacement. They arrived on time & provided an excellent service. This is our first house with a fireplace so the gentleman who came was kind enough to give us a run down on the state of the fire place etc
We've been set up for the annual reminder which is very helpful.
And the price was very reasonable. Cannot fault a thing.
