β β β β β Canβt believe the poor service and food quality here. Ordered roast but vegetables were over cooked and dry, shavings of meat not slices. Vegetables that you helped yourself with were also over cooked. Peas sitting in some sort of liquid (no way was it water) when I took meal back as only had 2 bites they refused to refund me.
Canβt believe that I had to follow up on my complaint as they didnβt come back to me. Worst Club we have ever been to

β β β β β Sorry we weren't there That long as they didn't have what my family could eat as 1.is a kito diet and the other can only eat certain food cause of the medication she is taking so we just had a drink and eat elsewhere

β β β β β We stayed in carpark in motorhome were told we could sit in courtyard with our wee dog by one staff member but when we went there next evening we were told definately not allowed to do that by another staffer.

β β β β β The meals were very low standard. 6 of us came in for a midday meal and were extremely disappointed with them. We came to a beautiful new restaurant and were dished up burnt toast, reheated meals etc. The service was the only thing I would say was ok.
