β β β β β From the moment we drove up the driveway and spotted the historic homestead, we knew we were going to be in for a real treat. My wife and I were shown around the beautiful homestead by John who took us to the Sunrise Room for our stay with them. Giovanni was outside tending to the grapevines and welcomed our offer to help him. Hopefully, we will have a return visit to sample some of the product. The egg omelettes for breakfast from the local chooks were great. Local towns of Waipukurau and Waipawa were not too far away as were the vineyards in Hawkes Bay.
