★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My reason for this poor review is due to their customer service which is very poor and to be honest non existent.
I have emailed them three to ask for their assistance with the new ridged heddle loom stand, the stand is a very poor design compared to their old design.
I asked if there's anything they can suggested to make it more stable or if by any chance they might have an older design one in their warehouse.
No reply from anyone at all I'm sorry to say, as I said very poor customer service Ashford!!!
