★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my hair treatment journey with Ashley & Martin in July 2019 and noticed a huge difference after 6 months. I wasn’t expecting a huge change at first but thrilled by the results when my hair was examined at my 6 month follow up appt. Definitely recommend the laser cap and the shampoo/conditioner!! They’re amazing and it really does work, just gotta stick it out for as long as it takes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going there for eight months. I was going through a bad patch where I was losing my hair, laughing about it but it was sole destroying. I had my family saying you'll go bald. Seeing the picture of being bald in one part was scary. The service you get from the receptionists is 10 out of 10. Avneel, has been nothing short of fantastic. Super humble and extremely helpful and informative. The doctor is helpful and informative also. Constant calls and always willing to help. Yes it is expensive but it's one of the best investments I've ever made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They massively overcharge for their products and the NZ customer service is appalling.
I was a happy customer for over 10 years when I was living in Aus but the Auckland branch has absolutely horrible service from the doctors. Incredibly rude and patronizing to someone who has been with the company for over a decade. They tried to up-sell me and told me I couldn't have the same service as back in Aus. It wasn't until the Sydney branch got involved that they believed me and listened.
They also charge almost $200 for 3 months worth of Finasteride when you can get it from your GP for $45 (including prescription cost). It's a rip off and not worth your hard earned money.
I've only taken Finasteride now for almost 13 years and it's worked (and is still working). The majority of people won't need all the bells and whistles that they sell with it. And with the bad customer service they give, there is no reason to go to them. End of story.

Very helpful and easy process.
Anyone that is looking to find a way to grow there hair back make sure you go to Ashley & Martin.
This result was after 12 months of sticking to the plan but as you can see my hair is so much more healthier and so much more growth.
Before starting this treatment I was becoming very self conscious of my hair line and thinning.
I some what feel like my confidence has been given back to me.
I hope this inspires someone out there to make the leap and start fixing the issue before its too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely overpriced for what you get. You can get the same for less than a 1/4 of the price. If I knew more about treatment at the time I wouldn't have signed up, but I signed a contract that saw me paying $3000 for an LED light, some hair supplements (generic kind) and shampoo that isn't even medicated, you can get better from the supermarket. I have only just paid it off and unfortunately I think they take advantage of people who don't know much about treatment. Which is most of us right? Pretty disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only halfway in to my program and beyond satisfied with the results - which makes the investment more then worth it.
A&M Auckland have an awesome team. Their consultant Avneel is very professional and patient with all questions you may have as a customer. Their Doctor is great too. Asia and Charmaine also provide great customer service and check in regularly. Had issues with my rental cap over lock down and within days they managed to deliver me a brand new one so I can keep going with my treatment.
Nothing but great things to say about them.
