★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cowboys, in short. They mostly do insurance jobs, and everything they do is terrible.
A couple of things to illustrate their poor management. They broke our house keys, had been leaving the garage unlocked so as to get in. When they finally made a new set of keys, they said that they kept the house keys securely in the office. But it later turned out that they simply hid it under the flowerpot, and managed to lose the keys. Used left-over GIBs from somewhere else - so instead of replacing aqualine with aqualine, replaced it with fireline instead.
Suggest keeping away from these guys if you can. If it is an insurance job, one would be far better off getting one's own builder to fix the issues. A couple of guys who work for this company are good, but the management is so poor that the overall work is extremely poor.
