β β β β β Great gym. There is a real focus on love and encouragement. There is a βno judgmentβ policy meaning that no one is allowed to judge you no matter your fitness level, which I find reassuring as I get rather self conscious. Everyone there is very welcoming and will say hello even if they donβt know you. I find it a very supportive place that makes it easier to achieve fitness goals. Personally, Iβd recommend this if you are looking for a gym in tawa.
