Its been a journey for me and for the better. Thank you Albert without you I would probably have had surgery

I honestly thought I had a back problem that would eventually get the better of me but after a few appts with Albert and changing my mindset to stretching more regularly I've made a full recovery and now understand the importance of listening to my body and being open minded about making subtle changes to strengthen and protect my back from injury. Very professional and very knowledgeable!
I am so grateful to have been referred to him.
I have tried everything from remedial massage, dry needling and cupping to help an injury which I feel like I've had for nearly a year and nothing seems to have been working.
After only a couple of weeks of seeing Albert I am feeling like I'm a new person!
Both receptionists are also amazing, very welcoming and take the time to really get to know every client.
