★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities and I enjoy playing here but the man on the phone (Jack Ngametua) who you book through is one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with. He makes bookings unnecessarily difficult, is unfriendly, and speaks down to me on the phone. I am a repeat customer who just wants to use the facilities! If there was another nearby option I would go somewhere else, he needs customer service training and to learn better manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is specifically for the pro shop within the Badminton Centre, although I have played here before and the courts are great. I was in desperate need of a pair of badminton shoes and so came here today. The shop was being staffed by one guy who I believe is called Sean (if not it's whoever was working today, Friday evening). Fantastic customer service. Sean was extremely helpful and friendly, which was fantastic to see. This shop also had great stock of badminton shoes, which other Auckland badminton stores do not have currently :) The only downside I would say is that the pricing of the rackets is a little bit more expensive than other stores, but that's irrelevant to today's experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too cold during winter and too hot during the summer. Too hard to book courts as the demand for badminton courts are increasing.All courts are rubberised .Lighting have to improve. Roof have water leakage . Time to renovate the building . Also need more carpark space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a story .... I wanted to present my wife a bonsai tree ? so I spent quite some time to find one ☝️. So if you wanna buy a good bonsai tree ? this is the place !! Moreover, there are lost of different pans so you can’t get bored) I can’t forget to mention the great staff working there, thank you for your help regarding bonsai tree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World class badminton venue with Plenty of parking space, great lighting and floor. There is an excellent pro-shop if you are looking at getting gear.
In addition to this, friendly staffs are always there to help you.
