★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service here is exceptional. We have been in a couple of times over the last couple of weeks to view dogs for adoption, The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and clearly care about making sure that the dogs get paired with the right people. Very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have done this years ago when one of them called me, accusing my dog of attacking another dog. The man was rude and condescending. I can understand he was investigating but don't make accusation when he had no proof. My dog was clearly inside the house and we were not home. Clearly our dog couldn't unlock and open the door. It was a roaming dog that happened to go into our driveway, and a witness has informed him that there was another dog inside the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One luv. had a shady experience here with information. they sent 3 report letters explaining completely different events . RIP to my boy.. People PLEASE DONT BRING ANIMALS HERE ..unless they are being put down.. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made an effort to get a lost dog back to her owner buy checking the lost pets website so thats good just had to pay 210$ for registration and impoundment fees so an expensive experience not so good but I'm just glad I got my pet back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic experience with them 3 years ago. Saw a advert of a dog that I thought would be a good mate for my other rescue dog. The staff bent over backwards to help me and to "test" whether the two doggies will be a match. Acted quickly to get and inspector to look at my home and give the green light to adopt. Thanks everyone.
