★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty run-of-the-mill. Predictably the toilets in the criminal courts are a bit dirty. If you need administration done it's best you get in early in the morning (8.30ish)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is actually impossible to get hold of my case manager. I've literally called the courts for months, put on hold and told they are not available, neither are any of their colleagues, her email bounces and voicemails are never replied. why do you even get a case manager if they are impossible to contact and get documents that you are entitled to?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The referee is not governed by law, and doesn't consider the law in most cases. I would avoid and go elsewhere if you're looking for consistency and not the emotional option of the referee. Paid $4k for a car, costs $4k to fix, adverised "as new", yet no grounds of being mislead?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chief of coroners has overstayed her position by 2 years and this is against the Laws and Acts of New Zealand- under the Coroners Act it says only 5 years can they hold office. Systemic corruption appears to be allowed to go on and current Cief is milking system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ filed a affidavit today and the registrar copied it for me , when i got home I found she hadn't included page 3 or the last 2 pages of exabits, i had asked her to email but she said she couldn't yet another registrar was able to previously. So I called the court and they said they will email to me...Shocking service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The court plays a joke on me.
Ask me for a jury and keep changing the schedule. Because of the Oakland Court, I couldn't go to work, and I arrived on time as they wanted, but I had to come back home in 10 minutes when they told me to. They seem to think I'm a person who plays at home.
Don't attend the jury. They are not grateful or sorry for me. You can also experience financial problems.
