★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very relaxing experience working out the different Merlin options with Bruce .
Settled on a bespoke package with a high end , quality component mix that suited us , including having the garage door factory insulated .
Bruce even made a special trip , to drop off wood for the garage support , so we could pre paint ready for the install .
On the install day , Bruce and Brendan beautifully finished the work and took away the old rusted door as well . 5 star work and experience. Recommended.

Gave a price we were happy with, had the parts in stock, was able to help within a couple of working days, communicated really well, turned up when he said he would, and installed the unit like he'd done it a thousand times before (which I think he probably has). Straight-forward and great to deal with also. That's not always the case, and I'm pleased to credit those who do the essentials very well indeed.
