Two of the most loveliest agents I’ve met in a very long time. They are a credit to Harcourt’s and I would recommend them to anyone!

I may have had some of my most blonde moments during the course of this purchase (and it only took a matter of days) and I’m sure they wondered what the heck they were dealing with but they made sure I knew what I needed to know and the process was seamless.
I really enjoy Julie and Sarah’s great sense of humour
and how they make you feel like you are far more than just a client. Fun times and totally recommend!

Sarah and Julie helped us get our property up to a high standard for sale and provided a range of items to help stage it so it looked it’s best.
Sarah and Julie were great communicators answering any queries we had straight away. Selling during a Level 3 Lockdown and having two young children, they made sure that viewings would be at times that would suit us and our family’s needs.
Four days after our apartment hit the market, Sarah and Julie had it under contract at a price that we were absolutely thrilled with.
They made what could have been a very stressful process, simple and easy.
We have already recommended Sarah and Julie to all the other owners in our apartment complex and will be recommending them to family and friends as well.

We sold our house with them at the very last minute and at a stressful time of the year (and an uncertain time in history)!
Sarah and Julie made the process easy and as stress free as possible. All approaches to selling were offered and explained to us. They helped us choose the right one for us.

Anyway, they graciously agreed to coming over for an informal chat, and well, the rest is history! :-) Sarah & Julie did an absolutely outstanding job in marketing and selling our property. They are a formidable team - Sarah's marketing skills mesh perfectly with Julie's data and market-analysis expertise. They also provided exceptional advice on preparing the house for sale, with in-depth suggestions on simple and cost-effective improvements we could make to enhance saleability - from paint colour schemes and interior decoration to garden plantings. All in all it was a fabulous experience and has changed my view of doing business with family! Highly recommended.
