β β β β β Absolutely amazing in every way possible.......the staff are lovely and accommodating.....the food was beautiful......was not in any rush to go home...... I highly recommend Auckland Surgical Center.....they have set the standard.

β β β β β Very friendly helpful and knowledgable staff, awesome support during my pain in the night, very experienced nurse tucked me in bed in a way resulting in lower my pain. Regular health monitoring, feedback and informable. Very well run centre.

β β β β β Came in for my brothers surgery but as a family member I was treated not welcomed or talked through things that are offered to us as a family member waiting ( Didnβt even tell us that coffee and tea are available) being from Wellington I felt that Auckland surgical centre could do better for others as well as the patient being admitted , even though not being a patient myself, I would not recommend anyone coming here.
Nurses that work here need to learn how to approach people especially when talking to family members . When my mother got approach by a nurse with a rude high tone loud voice and told her to sit down. This is not appropriate nurse behaviour.

β β β β β One of the receptionist was very rude and dismissive. Asked me to check in so I did, couldnβt pronounce my name and didnβt ask how to say it properly either. Checked in and took a sit. Then I got a phone call from the other receptionist who was looking for me cause I wasnβt checked in, in their system. They also thought I was a male cause of my name.
All the medical staff were absolutely amazing.
