The phone message says AUSA is staffed 8.30 - to at least 4 Monday - Friday but there is no answer ever. Could the message be changed to reflect what is actually happening and the actual availability of over - the - phone student support or information? It is very frustrating to keep calling in the hope of speaking to someone.
