★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two wardrobes fitted which cost over $5,000. One of the rollers snapped. Tod initially came to look at it and said he would replace but was waiting on parts. That was seven months ago. None of my emails or telephone messages have been replied to. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It was installed exactly when promised and Tod was really helpful to deal with, from quoting to amending the wardrobe configuration slightly before installation. The only reason why I haven't rated 5 stars is because the shelf height for the shoes is just slightly too short for my high heels to fit. Will use them again for the hallway and laundry cupboards.
