Nothing great, nothing bad. Took ages to repair an outage a few weeks ago and kept our entire community in the dark about how long it'd be.

Customer service rep was very snappy and rude when I called to ask about an outage that was going on for longer than it was meant to. She kept saying it wasnt her job and was just trying to get me off the phone as fast as possible. The call was less than a minute and she hung up before I even finished speaking. Not impressed

I have rated this only two star because of there poor poformance when it comes to power, there lack of communication to the people effected by outages in Central Otago
