Thought i would wait a year before making judgement very nice guys,not pushy,let me take car for a drive,asked questions got answers, asked if i could take to my mechanic,apprehensive at first,understandable,convinced that i was trust worthy and let me take it. they found a few things that needed doing,based on that i would purchase car. Sold they had a 3 month warranty I did have a problem with car not starting,so took back,had the the car checked,dead battery,they replaced car has been good ever since .

Love the new nissan tiida it's great and didn't damage the wallet!!

Excellent service and very straight forward. Purchased a 2010 Prius S and everyone was very helpful and slick despite level 3.

Purchased my first car from Auto4U which is a 2016 Toyota Aqua. Adam and Bing are great to deal with. Transactions and correspondence was all hassle free. Also love how their ORC is lower than competitors. If you are looking for a hybrid, you should definitely consider this place, they have a good variety of Japanese imports at very reasonable prices.

I bought a Toyota Vitz at this car yard in February of this year, using the 4.1 Google star-review rating as a guide, and was greatly disappointed. One week after purchase, the battery died. Despite jump-starting the car multiple times during the week, it eventually stopped working. As the car yard would not answer my phone calls and I needed it to drive to work, I had to call the AA (a reputable car service company) who told me the battery was over 10 years old. and should have been replaced 5 years ago They replaced this at a cost of $250. I was finally able to get ahold of Auto 4 U the following day. I explained the situation politely, only to be told that I should not have called the AA because "they make up stories about needing a battery just to take your money". The man on the end of the phone was the epitome of rude and incredibly defensive. He made no apology for selling a car with a completely shot battery what-so-ever and even went to say that it was my fault that I spent the money replacing the battery with AA and I "should have waited a few days for the company to replace it themselves"- knowing full-well this was not possible. There is nothing I could do in this situation, so I decided to grin and bear the rudeness and the loss of money and move on. However, 4 months after purchase, I noticed just today that all of the protective coating above the doors has bubbled up. I took the car to a panel beater who told me that the car has had a cheap layer of protective coating put on it after a paint or panel repair job, and that it is going to cost me $500 to repair. My car is kept parked in a garage, out of the elements, and due to Covid-19 it was not driven for 2 months, but locked in a garage 24/7. For a protective coating to bubble up like this after having only used the car for a maximum of 6 weeks and it been locked away when not used, is totally unacceptable. In short, I recommend NOT EVER buying a car off this company. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, not to mention their dodgy business dealings. I am disappointed in the way I was treated and will be passing this on to everyone I know so that no one experiences the same atrocious treatment. I will now be speaking with a lawyer as I see in other previous posts, some customers have experience the same thing.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The dealer that met us, Ding, was very rude and condescending from the get go after hearing our ideal budget. Despite informing him we had quite a bit of room in our budget to work with for the right car, he continued to talk in an exasperated tone, laughed and giggled in a belittling manner, rolled his eyes and sighed multiple times as we continued to ask some questions about what cars they had available that fit our criteria. Do NOT recommend coming here if this is the type of customer service they offer.

Absolutely wonderful 6 star service. Bing at Auto 4 U went the extra mile when my car broke down this week. I rang several car dealers explaining I was a genuine buyer with no vehicle and could they bring the car around for me to view & test drive. Not all were as helpful and kind as Bing. He brought the vehicle around for me to test drive and explained all the features of the car. Wonderful act of kindness. I bought the vehicle and couldn't be happier. Well done Auto 4 U. Wish there were more car dealers out there like you.
