★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, attention and quick to act. Flawless overall, and went over and above. Had a vehicle which needed to be removed from a garage and it was difficult. Craig called to check details so that the car and property would not be damaged.
The next day followed up which was excellent and my vehicle was missing a tow bolt and he mentioned to contact the dealership to get fixed. Overall very good business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a right plonker I went and put petrol ⛽ in my diesel rental car. I phoned these guys because they were recommended by the AA and got hold of Craig. He turned up when he said he was going to turn up, he delt to the situation in no time and he made me feel a bit less of a plonker! Thanks mate if you are ever in Queenstown look me up and I will shout you a beer!

It was after 5pm and I thought I'd have some time to wait but Craig arrived within 20 mins and 15 mins later I was up and running. Super helpful and a lovely person. Can highly recommend this service. Thank you Craig. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leigh from Auto Recovery Services was very quick in responding to our call for help through the AA after 9 pm on a Sunday night when our car had broken down. He was friendly, professional and very competent in getting our car on the tow truck. He was able to deliver our vehicle from Whangarei to Auckland the next day as promised. This company provided a fantastic service I recommend them highly. Thanks Leigh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big thanks to Craig at Auto Recovery Services for his professional and gallant service to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist us. The afternoon on a public holiday, stranded two hours from home with a mechanical problem and after three previous attempts to find someone to assist, it was Craig who came to our rescue. His cheerful manner as he set about fixing the problem and then diligently checking the job was complete before he waved us on our way home was very much appreciated. Huge thanks and huge recommendations.
