★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit 4th November: We came to a mutual agreement that it was hard to detect how the problem arose with the leaky coilovers. David agreed in good faith to buy my current suspension at the market value of what good condition suspension goes for. A++ on his part for rectifying the issue.
Edit: 21st July 2020: David has investigated the issue, and will put in quality controls to prevent future problems. He has also agreed to buy my adjustable suspension at market value, if I can prove that the damage was done at their shop. I will update when that is done. Overall very good response from AutoBlast.
I am not one to post publicly on a company, so for me to write this is quite a big thing. I got my Silvia done last year (May/June). The job seemed good in terms of rust removal. However the amount of sand (or whatever the substance is called) is amazingly everywhere, inside headlights, taillights, all through my bucket seats (genuine brides approx $6k worth). I assumed it was lack of masking so I let it go. As of last week my adjustable suspension is no longer usable (rubber boots perished = leaking and bottoming out). I wouldn't have blamed AutoBlast, however in 1 year I've driven the car approx 100km (literally) as it's still not road legal, and it's only ever been stored out of the weather. Every person that has asked me who did it, I've happily said I'll never use autoblast again as you're paying a premium price for a job that seemed such low quality. However, the guys there are quite genuine and pleasant to talk to. If I ever need rust removal I will never be going back.

David goes massively out of his way for his customers.
I came from out of town the first time and they organised an out of hours drop off and pick up on a Sunday to accommodate me!!
The second time they kept their workshop open after closing to finish the job as I had advise them earlier I would be late.
Unbelievably great service, I have had the spray valve and standard treatments. Both extremely impressed with. These guys are the real deal, top job, top service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got 2 x cars done, a 1988 Suzuki Samurai and a new 2020 Suzuki Jimny. The finish on the Samurai is better than new and Dave said it will be good for 3 years. The Jimny was waxed and you cant tell its there. We are beyond stoked with the finish and have receommended Dave to friends who have since used him and been impressed with how their trucks look after. We will be back to get our other trucks done also once finances allow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great job om my Mitsubishi Triton ute. Dave was very helpful, looks better than new underneath. If you're thinking of keeping your vehicle for a while it's well worth getting done, no worries about launching the boat or driving on the beach.
