★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can one say?? Absolutely great service. Thanks Team. I live at Papamoa. Was born in Te Puke tho. Realised my WOF expired 2 days ago. Difficulty getting a slot anywhere else. Met Paul, owner/ director, at Reception. He gave me a slot, while they deferred a non urgent one.
That's what you call "great" customer service.
You could not do better than go to Autohouse Te Puke. I recommend them.
They also have FULL workshop facilities.

They'll take advantage of you and charge exorbitant prices for things that probably don't need to be done.
My friend left his car for a wof and got a surprise bill when he went to pick it up. $400 turned to $700 without his consent - they didn't bother to tell him how much it would cost to do the new things that supposedly needed to be done!
Also really rude staff and didn't deliver car when promised. It took them almost a week and every day they would come up with a different thing that needed to be 'fixed'
AVOID!!

The job wasn't done, the supposedly ordered part was laying on the table while the supposedly busy crew were having a good laugh inside. Then the senior staff defended his crew and demanded that I paid for the freight!!! Wow, I've never felt so much offended by a team of mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here if you're a backpacker, go to Alan Lee's instead, they won't try she take advantage and scam you like these people do. Just check all the reviews from backpackers, if they have been sussed out they just reply saying there was a "language barrier"
